I just finished reading Hello Walls, 4th Volume in Kay Chandler's 4 volume Reunion Set. I was already a fan of Kay's book from previous experience but this set is my favorite thus far. This could be because I graduated from GHS and I can confirm that Kay's characters are spot-on descriptions of folks I grew up with. Hello Walls is a beautiful story of the importance of second chances and what it means to surround yourself with people who truly care. I wanted to wait for a appointment to finish reading Hello Walls, I couldn't wait, I do hope there is a 50th Reunion. Each Reunion was fascinating, bringing back so many of my reunions. I celebrated with my 50th class. So I know there can be one. This book brought back so many memories of Alabama, could be any reunion. From any school, please read them all, you to will love the writer and her stories as she puts you right in with as being there right along with each and all of her books. Hurry Kay get the next book ready to be read.As I mentioned before I hope that your books can be put on CD's so the blind can enjoy the sweet, in there books of yours.
Last one Iin the homecoming series. Enjoyed this entire 4 book series. You need to read all four.
Well once again Kay has hit a 200 on a scale of 1 - 100! Finished reading all the homecoming series and each one was better than the last! Just need them up to 100 years! Haha. If you have not read any of Kay McCall Chandlers book you are missing a real treat. Never been disappointed with a single book of Hers ! Keep them coming KAY!
So surprising! I couldn't see how this was going to go at first but, oh my goodness, it turns out perfectly. Couldn't put it down.
